Terms and Conditions of ALCI Immobilien AG for DELUXE ZÜRICH APPART & HOTEL Kreis 4

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services concluded between ALCI Immobilien AG (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) and the guest (hereinafter referred to as “Customer”) in connection with the use of the accommodation services of DELUXE ZÜRICH APPART & HOTEL, Kreis 4.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded when the customer makes a booking and the provider confirms the booking. The booking can be made via the website, by telephone or in writing. Once confirmed, the booking is binding for both parties.

3. Terms of payment

All prices include VAT. The entire booking amount is due upon booking or at the latest upon check-in, unless other payment terms have been agreed. Accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card and bank transfer.

4. Cancellation conditions

Cancellation by the customer: Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price. In case of no-shows, the full booking amount will be charged.

Cancellation by the provider: The provider is entitled to terminate the contract for important reasons, for example in the event of force majeure or non-payment by the customer.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in: From 2:00 p.m.

Check-out: Until 11:00 am. Later departures or earlier arrivals must be agreed in advance. Without the provider's consent, an additional fee will be charged for late check-out.

6. Obligations of the Customer

The customer undertakes to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care and to report any damage to the provider immediately. Damage caused by the customer or his companions must be compensated by the customer.

7. Liability

The provider is not liable for the loss or damage of the customer's valuables unless the damage was caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of the provider.

8. Pets

Bringing pets is only permitted after prior agreement with the provider. An additional fee may be charged for accommodating pets.

9. Data Protection

The provider undertakes to use the customer's personal data only within the framework of the applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in the provider's data protection policy.

10. Final provisions

Changes and additions to this contract must be made in writing. Should a provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The invalid provision is to be replaced by one that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

The place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
